Built with Australian steel and structural insulated panels, our dwellings offer superior thermal, acoustic, and structural performance, all backed by a 10-year structural warranty. They offer occupants a blend of modern comfort and reduced heating/cooling expenses, making them the ideal choice for those seeking both eco-conscious living and practicality.

Standard Features

  • All of our eco spaces are fully compliant with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and National Construction Code (NCC) standards.

  • Our spaces are based on an engineering-designed and approved chassis and structure for structural integrity.

  • Australian-made Structural Insulated Panels are used to construct the floors, walls, and ceilings, delivering superior structural, thermal, and acoustic performance compared to traditional timber or steel construction methods.

  • Our eco spaces carry a BAL40 rating for exceptional bushfire resistance as well as designed to withstand Region C cyclone conditions, ensuring safety and durability.

  • Maintain a comfortable interior environment with a climate-controlled, ducted heating and cooling system, supported by double-glazed, thermally broken, tinted windows for energy efficiency and noise reduction.

  • Have your eco spaces delivered including furniture, floor coverings, and blinds for a convenient and complete living experience.

  • All dwellings are backed with the confidence of extended warranties starting with a 10-year structural warranty on the steel chassis.

    A 20-year solar PV warranty as well as a 15-year battery warranty.

    And a 5-year manufacturer warranty on all applicable appliances.
